廣島信任酒店的入住體驗非常愉快。酒店位置優越，靠近市中心和主要景點，步行即可到達和平紀念公園和原爆圓頂館。大堂設計簡約而現代，工作人員的服務態度熱情周到，讓我感到賓至如歸。房間寬敞舒適，裝潢雅緻，床鋪特別舒服，讓我能夠享受良好的睡眠。房內設施齊全，包括免費Wi-Fi和迷你冰箱，十分便利。窗外的景色也很不錯，可以俯瞰到城市的繁忙。

The capsule room has a large space for the bed, but maybe not enough for storage, depending on the bag you bring. AC worked fine and air circulation was decent. Expect the same noise and disturbance from the hallway lights as any capsule hotel, which is not a problem for me. The shared bathrooms were clean and furnished with amenities. The hotel offers towels, slippers and sleepwear, and gives another kit for gusts staying for more than one night. Breakfast didn't have too many options but had enough for me as a Westerner. Location of this hotel is perfect, 2 or 3 blocks from the main Hiroshima station. This hotel was good for the price paid and I'll certainly stay there again if possible.

Absolutely fabulous cabin / capsule hostel. Service is fantastic as is the breakfast buffet every morning. Cabins are double beds with room with only a basic folding door that doesn’t lock. There is a lockable storage cupboard in the room and a flat screen Tv. The lower ground level has an Onsen bathhouse and laundry facilities as well as a massage room which you can book at reception. The bathrooms all feature the whizbang toilets you would expect and a small shower recess. The prices are excellent and the comfort level can be from capsule to cabin or to Hotel Room. Will gladly return to stay here in the future.

酒店位置在JR站北口，經右邊天橋過去比較方便，途經超市，附近有便利店，十分方便。酒店房間，浴室，床相對大，乾淨企理，免費早餐雖然選擇不多但都味道不錯。可以自助辦理入住退房。整體來講，以這個價錢很滿意了。

離廣島車站很近，附近有個大超市和拉麵館，大浴場比較小，房間乾淨，就是窗子不能開，有點遺憾，散步可以到猿猴橋，早餐味道一般。

週末に1泊8000円ほどで泊まりました。最近ではドミトリーのベット1台でも一萬円超えるところもありますが、半個室のような空間でアニメティもバスタオル、ミニタオル、パジャマなど一式用意があるので満足です。フロントのお姉さんも感じがよく、また広島に行く際は利用したいです。

I honestly surprised when I got to the hotel and saw the room, amenities, and service they provided. This is one of the best capsule hotels I've ever been to in Japan, and I've stayed in a looootttt of accommodations. the cost to benefit ratio is just unmatched in a pleasant way. I'll stay here again if I visit Hiroshima again. one thing I kinda hate is that the upper bunk stair is too steep. But other than that, all's great! Room offered great privacy, huge TV, clean bathroom, tasty free breakfast. Thank you, Trust Hotel.

酒店位置距jr廣島站步行10分鐘內，周邊有羅森；前台有會中文的員工，非常方便。一晚200多包含自助早餐，這個價格非常驚喜。房間設施比較新，很整潔。缺點有二：一是房間衞浴有點“小問題” 洗手池和智能馬桶熱水不穩定，時有時無。二是大浴場池底有沙子，清潔不到位。但總的來講還是很不錯的體驗。贊。
